Other buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $100,000
Cash invested: $30,000

bought a bank owned condo and its still a good cash flow investment.

30k self and 70 k private lender.

renovated bathroom and kitchen.

awesome. still have original rentor.

awesome.keep rentor happy and keep rent slightly lower than market rate.
