Any mobile home buyers/investors in Virginia, mainly the Hampton Roads area?  

So, before you younger impressionable types ready to burn up the real estate world jump in, you better learn the basics of real estate first.

I realize I would be burning my bridge with these investors if I did that, but I don't care at this point, because I would not work with them in the future anyway. 

For my area that would be high unless the property was real low priced (A piece of land for 15K, a low end mobile home, a house falling down that will require a cash buyer who wants to demo it).

I know a handful of people who really got burned in that market.

This may be a mute point for you but I'm going to tell you anyway because I got burned by this.  

But new investors usually jump in at the top of the market, and get burned.  

"Pay Per Call" (where the text link in the search engine is directed to a call prompt ONLY on mobile phones and PDAs) since an estimated 55% (in the US) are now searching primarily via phone, etc. vs. on a laptop, or PC.
