Utilizing Google, etc. Pay Per Call Advertising, vs. Cold Calling

Hi all,

Does anyone here have much experience to date utilizing Google Adwords, etc. "Pay Per Call" (where the text link in the search engine is directed to a call prompt ONLY on mobile phones and PDAs) since an estimated 55% (in the US) are now searching primarily via phone, etc. vs. on a laptop, or PC.

This certainly seems a much smarter approach to me than the 'cold calling' if and when the conversions are acceptable for RE / REI introductions? So far I've done perhaps two hours of research on this... and see 'mixed' opinions as to receiving highly targeted inbound call leads. (i.e. If you are already branded and using a 'vanity number' and/ or branded URL, vs. simply targeting key words and phrases related to 'generic' SE searches, then your results, will vary.) Also utilizing say two or more websites, so you can rely on PPC ads linked to your 'brand' site, and perhaps also focus on 'targeted' niche sites, such as say short sales, lease options, or wholesaling, etc. Thank you' all for you time and input! ATB :-) Scott
