However, I do agree on beautiful idea of freedom!

The manager is showing off to my mom her $100 hair cut, her brand new furniture in her room at the motel, and taking her family on $2000 cruises (bragging about how expensive these things are).

My career has introduced me to LIHTC properties and continues to peak my interest in the industry as a whole.Ultimately I hope to grow as a "Rich Dad" of two beautiful young girls and put my money to work for me.Thanks for reading,M.R.Peterson

The beauty in it though is that you may be tempted to think that well the cash flow will be 1/5 of what it'd be if you only had 1 unit or that the mortgage payment would only be 1/5 the size.  

You do get a better school system in general than Anne Arundel, but we are probably splitting hairs with the entire state typically rated 1 or 2 in public education with Massachusetts being the other top one.  

I figured that the paper would be slightly undersized from the factory so I measured the middle for both length and width on the actual and sure enough, it is just a hair under.  

It's a unique property for the neighborhood but it turned out beautifully so I'm confident (knock on wood) we'll do well on it.

My husband and I are a young team that are motivated to leave a legacy for our beautiful children.
