I do it's sitting right in front of me.Try going to REOMAC they are not going to charge you thousands of $$$ for it.Unfortunatly last time I checked they are only accepting "servicers" memberships now.What if I said send me your resume and I'll send it to all my AM's, would you be willing to send me a referral fee on the listing you close that came from my efforts?

You're going to have your signature as a guarantor on the note, so even with an LLC if you default you can be sued for recovery of any shortfall. 

If anyone knows good insurance brokers, that would be great.  

You’d be shocked by how little actual screening many PMC’s do!

Bottom line, be thankful that you’re able to find coverage at all, because some properties can’t.  

We are still many years out from this being appropriate for small deals.
