Most articles I see on tenant applications have to do with running the application and using the fee, but I haven't even ran it out of fear and disappointing her(unrealistic).

I get out on my motorcycle often, explore the woods, mountains, ocean and love to snowboard, mt. bike, and race go karts.Any direction down the right path would be appreciated and I hope to be able to share what I am learning along the way and pay it forward.

Even with the little bit of exploring I have done so far has opened up my mind to some ideas I might look into pursuing. 

The consensus seems to be that you can get a lot of the information by exploring Bigger Pockets offerings such as downloads and podcasts, plus reading posts and asking questions.

I've seen a number of articles written about them which basically say that they are still around but I haven't seen much of anything on BP forums about them.
