Some forms should be brokerage wide in being available on their software/system, others recommend Digisign etc in conjunction with this.

They will think that you indeed are just taking advantage of the system.

@Jared Sandler in general, as a buying investor, if I wasn’t sure about the properties condition, I would avoid appraisals and jump to an inspection (full blown or investors/systems).  

Its a great system and the customer service is exactly what you'd expect from a mid western company.

Water is being brought to the property next week, septic systems being installed next week, electricity being dropped next week.

One issue you may face with the MHP/RV Park in a floodplain is that most jurisdictions here will not permit septic/leach field systems in a floodplain.
