Used HELOC for down payment A unique property as the front side is a post office and the back side is a 2 bedroom house. 

Over the last 10+ years aside of a few minor issues like a scratched bedroom door we never had any major issues, but we get long term tenants who are happy to stay.

I am extremely thankful for any replies and for anyone taking the time to helpIs it possible to find a home that is older yet surrounded by all newer built up and insides up to date homes ( very nice) and add bedrooms and baths etc and cosmetic work including central air to get it to the ARV of the other properties in the neighborhood ?

Each house is a 3 bedrooms unit and a one bedroom unit.

They are worth anywhere from 50 to 65 k based on the size. 2 are 3 bedrooms and the other 3 are 4 bedrooms I am cash flowing about 550 per unit.

There was lots of issues with the trim looking terrible, floors laid poorly (big gaps on sides), doors and walls in bad shape here and there Random door from a bedroom closet to the hallway (lol why?).

I’m living in one of the units right now and am trying to rent out the other two bedrooms I have in my unit.

I am looking to sell my house & have been looking on-line for bedroom guidelines.  

Address, neighborhood, building age, building style, number of units in the building, crime rate, walk-score, pool, gym, laundry in-unit, sqft, laundry center, carpet, wood, vinyl floors, number of bedrooms, bathrooms, price, etc.

Have a small loft to bedroom remodel which requires some electrical work and window replacement on a third floor.
