Hey guys, we are just about to wrap up on a remodel on our second home that we are flipping, and a home next door with the exact layout hit the market and they claimed to have more square footage than our house.

Try to keep the contingencies to a minimum, and a decent amount of earnest money will help too as long as you know you can close on schedule.Maybe it was just a coincidense that you were both there at the same time.

Both are currently being renovated.We have a contractor and a realtor we have been working with.

We have seller financing at multiple price points/balloon amounts/year terms and a conventional financing option.
