All I need is a full name and email for each adult.

I have been flipping homes for several years but would like to start involving and teaching my adult children on becoming a partner.

Buyer was just about to turn 30, female, no kids, and worked at one of the employers I said, drove one of the cars I named....... 

Obviously people do it, but in the real estate industry, if you are renting out you have to be able to deal with people (renters) trying to take advantage of you and you need to have the balls to stand up for yourself and evict adults.

For example, an adult tenant who complained about an upper tenant walking loud, 3 years, off and on.

I want to do it as a rent with option to buy for my adult son and dau-in law. 

@James WiseHaving spent my entire adult life in and around the building trades I can attest to the truth in this thread, and indeed it’s invaluable reading for a newer investor who doesn’t understand this world.

It is not uncommon for unmarried adults to have romantic friends stay the night.

They have a huge family of 5 adults and 4 kids + 1 small dog.  

@Iverem Rose There's a 4.5 year old cold calling thread on the agentsonline forum, the consensus seems to be that 5-7pm weekdays is the best time to reach people, but that 8-11am is the best time for you--the person making the calls--for exactly the reason Michael mentioned, you need to do it when your energy is highest.The guy who started that thread claims to be making over 100 dials per hour and contacting (speaking to an adult) 200 people each morning, Monday-Friday.
