Do you anticipate having a PM Service in the future?  

I'm new here myself and don't have any advice at the moment, but wanted to say welcome and thank you for your service! 

What are some other services in Real Estate that I could offer that are profitable.

It doesn't say "intend to occupy and then must occupy", it says "the Borrower intends to occupy the subject Property upon discharge from military service."

When I get some rentals on the same property then I will hire a towel/linen service which washes everything at the lodging standard temperature.

Also see if there are eviction services in your area that can handle this for you.
