I supply masks and gloves as needed and some clients already have their own.  

We already have several clients that were funded over a week ago, so we need to run with the current interpretations and regulations. 

They will be doing what we are already doing... gels, baits, boric acid or diotomaciuos earth, growth regulators to stop reproduction, and so on. 

People aren't going to see their dentists, optometrists, even primary care physicians, at least not enough to warrant demand from medical labs supplying tools, materials, supplies, etc. 

If the state congressmen don’t agree with the rent rates then maybe they should supply their own housing and set their own rates.

Being subject to rules/regulations that the board can change is fine... until it's not. 

This space wouldn't count as a bedroom so you wouldn't rent it out to anyone.It sounds like you live in a heavily regulated state like California where the government constantly tells you how to live.

Most will just convert to a long term rental if/when possible and those that have enough in their emergency fund are going to let those others convert to LTR and help reduce supply and then hopefully benefit when the demand comes back.
