We balance each other out as I'm "high risk high reward" and He's the more conservative of the two. 

I find it challenging and rewarding.

You can't use virtual/pbx numbers to verify most accounts, so you actually have to drop a few bucks..In case you're wondering, I have no affiliation/reward with any of these companies and just wanted to share a tip that may come in handy if you're trying to build a business on a shoe-string budget in your early days. 

A little more than a REIT requires, but a lot more fun, and you are in much more control of the risks and rewards.

You will need to find the area where risk and reward are acceptable for you.

You will likely earn 1% cashback or something similar in credit card rewards which brings the effective fee down to 0.29%. 

For now, I have put renting my room on pause while I reconsider the risks and rewards of moving forward. 

It's all about the risk vs. reward I guess. 

That's what separates the big boys from the kids......I network at least 2-3 times a week...EVERY week....it's a hustle....and without hustling hard there is no reward.

There is more work involved but the rewards have been great for me and my investing career.
