Hello Bigger Pockets forum! My name is Nicole and my husband and I recently relocated to Santa Barbara from Denver, Colorado. (loving the warm sunny weather here btw!)

I'm a commercial real estate analyst by training with a previous background in architecture/design, and I currently own and operate my own real estate valuation company.

I'm looking to connect with other real estate professionals in the area as well as across the country.  We are also currently scouting the central coast market for smaller cashflowing residential investment properties - think duplexes, fourplexes, etc... that have room for a little sweat equity.

I'm looking forward to meeting everyone!

@Nicole Maser

Hi Nicole,

Welcome to BP and SB. I'm also a newbie and live in the Santa Barbara area. I'm a licensed architect and, with the exception of a couple of years in Portland, I have spent the majority of my time working on projects in the the Santa Barbara region. I have a lot of experience dealing with the local city and county planning and building departments. I'm currently looking into repositioning/developing a triplex or quadplex property in downtown SB and would be happy to share some knowledge of the area. Let me know if you have any questions about our community.

All the best,

Mat
