Does anyone have experience with contracting with large corporations to rent high-end residential houses?

Even if there are you will not get a deep discount..Corporation definently will give you asset protection.

Office costs vary depending on if you go to a small mom and pop place versus a larger corporate style space.

I have invested in corporate 401ks and have rollover IRAs.. 

I have used a national real estate company who specializes in office rentals- NGKF.

Not all Keller Williams offices are the same but the best ones will have a lot of free training available for you to attend in addition to the online courses you can pay for that are offered through the corporate office.  

While taking into consideration the market conditions both nationally and throughout the state:-What asset classes are the most desirable for commercial real estate investors in the near term? 

To add on to the cost topic, for me the cost of being an agent, Realtor association (National, State, Local), MLS membership, and eKey - the very minimum to be a Realtor - is just under $200 a month if I spread it out annually. 

Guess the number of incompetent wanna be wholesalers has increased to the point where even relatively free market supporting state legislatures are considering acting against free market interests.Yes, it’s getting out of control throughout the nation.  

Where should I look for financing (national lenders, local brokers, banks, etc.)?
