Tenant screening came back with fairly low credit scores for both, and one is on the national sex offenders registry. 

They are hands-off, institutional grade real estate investments, and they allow you the option to diversify.

They are in the top 20 biggest real estate outfits when it comes to accruing institutional capital, have 4000 employees, and have $22 billion in assets under management.Yet I can't really find much about them online re: reviews, and there doesn't seem to be one mention of them on BP! 

I've done this for the last 17 years because the seller has a right to know that I'm using non-institutional third party funding.
