The lending field seems cut and dry on the basis that once the rate and approved lending amount is locked in the client should be able to work with a local agent, and not have any other strings attached on the lending side.

BUt all in all if he is putting up the money and your getting cash flow from your hard work this would be a big boost to your ability to partner better with him in the future (probably up to the 50/50 mark when you have some skin in the game on deals.)

The problem I find with turnkey options is that you generally have to put 20% down as an investor, which means your savings dry up pretty quick.
