I know plenty of investors that don't even know how to switch out a light fixture. 

We had a guy we used that did a great job for the most part, out of the blue got a bill from him because a tenant called and asked if he could install a light fixture for them and replace the battery in a fire alarm.

We will maintain heating equipment, plumbing fixtures and facilities, electrical systems, and appliances provided by us.

Be weary of the Dallas REIA, they offer some good information and presentations but they also have a pretty cheesy sales pitch that rubs me the wrong way-the hosts of this meetup also have a group called “the big dogs” that of course costs 35k+ to join, not my cup of tea.There are some really awesome RE meetups here!

When I had my B&B it was built in 1908 and many of the bathrooms had all the bath fixtures in a different color.

The GCs were adding tremendous markup to the flooring, fixtures, lighting, etc. 

By renovating the house and cleaning up the property. new water piping and electrical, insulation, sheetrock, & roof. lighting cabinets and plumbing fixtures.

Plumber discovered it was from a tub fixture and he needed access to the adjoining unit.

Inside doing handles and fixtures are easy.

Also, it would be a good opportunity to see if mobile home investing is your cup of tea.
