I like the concept in theory...but like all other review sites...I think you will find it turns into an enormous amount of issues for you as the site owner / developer when you provide this "service".In an industry as highly regulated as the lending industry is (yes even for PM/HML lenders, borrowers have an enormous amount of assistance available to them if they run across a bad egg via the various regulatory agencies.  

The concept of wholesaling is simple, however there are details in between.Find a list of people to market to.  

I'm a nursing student who stumbled across the wholesaling concept a few months ago and now looking to take it to a new level.

I got so excited about it that I changed my entire strategy around this concept.

Hi @Brad Irwin, the concept you're referring to is "reciprocity."  

It took me a long time to accept the concept but I'm glad I did.  

It was a "contemporary cottage" concept house.  

I am very new to the concept of real estate investing.

This isn't a grand slam, but a base hit to prove the concept and as a building block to attract more capital.Initial improvements included paint, porch repair, buying appliances, cleaning, misc. odd jobs.
