Any tip is welcome. 

I've done quiet a bit of research which include webinars, podcast, YouTube, and just some good old hard cover books, but even with all that information I'm finding it rather challenging to actually start making some deals happen.

I came across BP through one of Brandon's youtube videos one day while searching for videos on how to become a day trader.

Are there any plans to improve this or is there some tips to make this more user friendly?

If it's from a doorknob, buy one of those self-stick plastic circles, These days you can youtube about any little repair for advice.

My broker is an investor as well, but he gave me access to the MLS...... looking for tips for criteria to narrow down the search results.
