Just to reiterate what @Hadar Orkibi Was saying I have found most helpful information on the Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development webpages for the municipality you are located in.  

You can bundle them in a package with a commercial or portfolio loan but almost certainly won't get a better rate.in fact, it seems you have fannie/Freddie guaranteed loans, and those are the best rates anyone can get.
