I believe its in a really good area to vacation since I visit here for fun.

It might be worth considering though, that this is an affluent area of an expensive state (CA) and might be a lot harder, financially, to break in to.Area B: This is not a distinct area, but a general idea.

I believe @Travis Konermann (my sponsor by the way) has said his broker and mentor are nearby and run an office that he visits frequently. 

Since I moved from CA to TN I see that some of their departments are not up to par but once you talk to them they clear it up immediately. 

My partner and I looked at a property on a fairly major street in Woodland Hills, CA over the weekend.  

I looked it up on county records and it looks like it's owned by an estate out of California.
