MTR is a hospitality business, similar to the STR, more upfront cash, you are being thoughtful and intentional around how you present, offer, and welcome guests on the front end, plus the same leasing, monthly payments, maintenances requests as a LTR; but you a get a more money monthly. 

my understanding that there is rent control as well and can not increase rents more than 7% a year for the same tenant.Just trying to see if there is a possibility to enter this market at this timeTIA

I am looking for something that is user friendly, makes automated emails to tenants the day before payments are due, when they are issued a late payment fee, an eviction notice, has the best credit card processing fees and automatic payments. 

If I could find a good agent for tenant turn I think I would be set, and I like it better being the one in control...
