Fha 203k is a great option for the remodel.

I didn't mind this because I was contemplating on moving the toilet location near the shower anyway ( which is ideal ) Landlords out there!

Vanity, toilet, faucet, etc.This may not give you the complete answer, but you can see my logic. 

I googled the address to find that it was a home listed for sale that had already been completely remodeled including new beautiful hardwood floors that you could see in the pictures.

Sticking in this price range would allow me to budget for some necessary remodeling, and have a cash reserve set aside to cover future damages.

Can anyone share the tile that they use when they remodel a bathroom?
