Hi William - The nuclear plant, Whirlpool Corporation, and Lakeland Medical are currently among the greatest contributors to the sustaining the population and the quality of it's contributors to the community. 

We have some clients that are successfully purchasing tillable ground outside the donut counties and we have been successful doing a few mixed-use developments with infill but haven't found that model to be sustaining.
