I'm going to buy a rental property in the Raleigh area this year and wanting to get a good CPA on my team.  

A refinance will allow you to know exactly how much money you'll be getting for the mortgage (traditional mortgage may have a lender decide the property you want to buy is not worth it and they will not give you as much as you had been preapproved for), and it gives you a much stronger offer in a sellers market.Being able to make an offer subject free can usually beat out any other offer with subjects and can also give you leverage in negotiations during a hot market.

I have a full time job so it’s hard to get out to properties so I’m looking to build a team to help me out.

I have no team (realtors, pm, etc..) as of yet, but im wondering what steps I should take starting out, especially with having this list?

A lot of videos and people I talk to all say put together a great team and I am but still want to learn and become fluent when looking over the numbers.
