Not that its impossible, you'll have better chances partnering with someone in your local market that has some experience and is willing to mentor you.

I’ve also indicated  that the new PM with a very strong history became effective March 1, 2024.

Lots of solid feedback here already but wanted to reiterate a few- get a good team, pick a rentable location, shoot for multi unit or something that is spacious enough for everyone to enjoy where they're living and have all financial ducks in a row with your partner.

Looking for advice from those with experience: We manage a small multi-family property, and we have a strong suspicion of drug use in one unit.

I own 93 acres with a fully stocked, private large pond/small lake in a coveted area of the Triangle in NC where you can't find this much acreage available, and I would like to know the best way to partner with a development company or other organization to create a high end, beautiful community on this site. 

Alternatively, the idea of finding high network individuals to invest as equity partners also is perplexing.

Entry point for multis is still on the lower side compared to other markets that have easier access or proximity to strong employment markets.
