How can they staff up when they dont have a location of operation!

So For those who understand series round of funding to obtain long-term growth in execute quicker is there any recommendations out there when when is the right time to approach investment firms or individual syndicate who can help lead around?

Have Historic P&L, fully executed lease copies, but do not have the actual bank statements or deposit copies proving income (economic occupancy).

You can literally structure it any way you want as far as profit and loss allocations go, (ie if one couple is doing all the work, the other is cash only, but is a 50/50 cash split, the working couple may want to be allocated something extra) just make sure your CPA understands and executes your allocations at tax time.

Have heard about the BRRRR method a bunch from listening to all the BP podcasts about it, but would love to learn more about the actual execution of it and the timeline.

Its a very desirable area and I could picture taking over the whole building in the near future when I have the need for a staff to go with my real estate business as I acquire more units.In the mean time what would be the best use so that I can use a small section of the building and rent the rest?
