As an example:A) 500K all cash 30 days no contingenciesB) 600K with 20% down, seller financing remaining at 5% over 30 years, balloon in 5c) 700K with 50K down, seller financing remaining over 30 years at 4% balloon in 15 years..Obviously these are made up numbers but the concept is the same.
