If red-tagged and discovered doing work on the property, what are the repercussions and what evidence must the inspector have that you are doing work (i.e. video of you performing work, pics of new work done, his word)?

If you find a specific property that your thinking of buying, you can post pics of it and what you think you'll charge and get good feedback if that is a feasible price or not.

I’ve scanned Zillow in my area and with the market being how it is now I just feel reluctant to buy something a little more pricier….but with that said you at least know what you’re getting by having access to the inside of the home.
