We too like the $50k range, though you can get a couple juniors for the $30k range, though we always keep $5k in reserves for expenses & foreclosure if needed.

Is that $66,300 profit before debt service?

We tried to get info on the mortgage from the servicer but as you mentioned they would not provide any information since we are not the owners.
