Most banks tell me i need to purchase the property under my name and not under a LLC was wondering if i opened a series LLC how can i incorporate it from liability protection and taxes?

But within that 5 year period if rates go up its not like your banker can call you in and say hey we need to raise that rate, your locked in for your term.So in summary, you are not putting yourself out there to end up with a 15% rate, there are many terms within the loan to protect you.

Most of them are written on a “personal” policy to where it’s in your name and then we name the LLC as an additional named insured in the policy to protect the LLC for liability as well as the property.
