Kitsap / Mason county  not too far from W seattle  ……..another idea that might work with your price range is the local college towns ( Bellingham / Spokane .

This property is located in the midwest about a 5-minute drive from the local college. 

If they resist show up with  all proof of ownership with you, put them out, change the locks, load everything quickly onto a trailer and take it to a storage facility.
