I'm looking for a video intercom/door entry system for a 4 family that in ,addition to the obvious doorbell function, will allow them to buzz package deliveries into the common area from anywhere using their phone.

My passion has been real estate since I was 13, and I'm ready to get serious.

Currently I am combing the BP forums, (which is why I see so many of your posts) watching YouTube videos, doing some reading, etc. in order to build a business plan and to have an A-Z understanding of how it all works.

Try running video at them and then retargeting them to see how much of the videos they actually viewed.You 'might' want to do this with certain lists just to see what kind of look-alike audiences FB will derive for you.

Do the research, take the pictures and do a walk-through video, disclose the material defects, get the bids, run the numbers and present your case. 

I am local so if you ever wanted me to pop into a listing and take some video just let me know.

I've bought his stuff (A-Z) its good, but razor bladding out just one deal scenario and training just that is a huge help for new folks.Back to marketing;  I've looked at freedomsofts videos, myreipro and now push button marketer and feel Crump as a huge asset and the push button marketure is the better looking marketing platform.
