@Ryan Steele2nd to BP attending the local meetings is a great way to learn, meet others and get ideas. 70% of the reason you are there is to speak with everyone there.You can focus on the paper name tags they are new and a portion of new people have money you can access.I attend three different meetings a month I should attend more.Paul

They are more work - normally the units are furnished and stocked with towels, dishes, utensils, etc. ... kind of cross between an apartment and a hotelIn your situation, I presume they are bringing their own furniture, but you may want to consider renting furnished as there is less wear and tear to your unit with all the moving in and moving out.Here we are not allowed to require or accept rent more than one rental period in advance.
