It's almost as if she has a preconceived notion of what the city is like and she had an agenda and wanted everyone to agree with her.Something that I did not understand about Detroit until I moved to this area is that there is a serious City Vs.

I like Rancho because of the slower pace and family atmosphere common with middle and upper middle class suburbs.

@Jeremy Pace I was hoping to be able to refinance into a conventional mortage after the renovations were done since I would hopefully have enough equity in the property at that point to get to 20%. 

Turners, as well as Rich Dad:Poor Dad) I  literally have a new "agenda" in life, and wake up happy every morning excited to work and learn (was not always the case until recently) Not to sound too "cheerful", but I really feel motivated, and haven't gotten my head out of the books/online/researching. 

But at this break neck pace it feels like I'll often be just $10-$15k away from closing the next one.I should also add this is the peak season of the year for real estate in Chicago.  

I just got here to PNS and am looking to buy a house in the next 6 months near Milton/Pace when I head over there for Primary. 

I wouldn't live there, but that's just not my pace.

Hello Everyone,Has anybody used PACE financing program (such as YgreneWorks) to rehab the property and then sell?

Any creative thoughts for how to unstuck myself at a bit faster pace?
