House Hacking Advice

Hi All,

Looking to house hack a multi-family property as my first investment and wanted to get some feedback on a particular property for those of you that invest in the Crafton, PA area. The property address is 2008 Crafton Blvd. Pittsburgh, PA 15205. It is a foreclosed HUD Triplex listed at 82k that I threw an offer in on the owner occupant only bid period and should hear back sometime today since it ended this weekend. Needs exterior and interior paint job, as well as paint and gutter rapair on the wood garage behind the house. As far as the inside goes, one bathroom needs a new toilet and a couple spots in the walls need fixed. Radiator also needs fixed. Other than that and appliances needed on the first floor it is move in ready. Also can convert the 1BR unit on the third floor to a 2BR unit by putting up a wall in the large bedroom already there that has two closets. If anyone familiar with the area could let me know what you think of this property to use a 203k loan on that would be greatly appreciated!

@Jeremy Taggart for a tri-plex, you'll need good comps. I don't know if refinancing allows you to bump off PMI anymore. @Jerry Padilla please helpppp.

How much do you expect the renovation to cost?
