We have a nice community pool but nothing beats hoping in and out and you are still at home.

The area around Montana Tech is nice, but be careful when a landlord presents you with his CAP rate calculations, as they stuff those tiny houses full of college kids.

It is clean and safe, but not overly nice, and there is a major eyesore property next door to this one.It has new siding, new paint and new floors and does not appear to have super aged water heater/ac/roof but I intend to have a home inspection to verify the big stuff.

Basically, if the price you're being quoted gets you some built-in equity in a nice A area, then go for it.
