GCI get it you have to play in your sand box.. my only comment was for someone who has no basic knowledge to hand over money to someone they met on the internet.. it seems logical that they would do just a little background on the person.. to make sure we are not seeing the next thread..

I get the email document to withdraw this morning only to find my agent stated me backing out due to electrical box issue (there was no issue) instead of the truth.

In addition, consumers increasingly want ultra high-end finishes while paying big box prices.

I've seen things leave and he does have items boxed up.

(Spending the extra $50 for a good shredder rather than the bargain type is worth it IMO)Sometimes opening a PO Box can help as that should change your billing zip code used to process CC transactions.

If this was my place the tenants would already be homeless living in a refrigerator box

Looks like the owner let the place become a litter box, the floors are rotting away in some areas.
