Running that, I was offered a few small construction projects like fence building, demolition and drywall hanging.Eventually I got to a point where I was basically working 3 jobs - running a landscaping business during the day, working in resturaunts at night and freelancing web work on the side.

These are time sucking distractions that take away from the real work that needs to be done.I had my profile pic deleted for promotional reasons, which was incorrect, but it is no big deal as I understand the difficulty and massive workload of an army of volunteers who are unpaid to help out.

Isaac , this is a very ambitious project my friend.I would start with Bildwise ,they have extensive experience in this market,and contractors they use all the time,which gives them consistency.They can probably ball park it for you first and then do a detailed sow if you choose .Disclaimer :I have no affiliation with BildwisePlease keep us in the loop with progress

It is better to do a deal than skip one just because the dollar amount for financing is high.Good luck in your search and know that if the numbers make sense, you have made the right choice.ya know I would have agreed with this pre 08 but these days most HML want good credit and proof of cash reserves and cash down.. for inexperienced first time type buyers they may not even do one.. unless you have massive down and cash backing you up.. it gets very easy when your have a nice track record.. but most HML are not little down crappy credit no provable income.
