FHA will also not loan on the house mentioned above because they estimate that the repairs could be in excess of $5000.

I was thinking about using a dscr loan but need %20 down.

Would prefer longer term loan 60 months or so but can do short term also ie 12-24 months.

The loan for my property is in my name, but the deed is in the LLC.
