While some MAY overlook issues such as student loans it is not uncommon to see problems with cell phone bills and TV/internet charges. 

If my crew is on your job for 6 months full time , the customer is making our truck payments ,pay checks   fuel payments , insurance , taxes , shop rent , a portion of tools , cell phone , office staff , etc , AND a profit over and above all that . 

I have tenants that are not even my tenants their just houses i loaned on in the mid west and these are basically section 8 renters and somehow they find my cell number
