Looked at a bunch of areas but haven't been super impressed with anywhere yet after looking at the numbers.I was considering:Yonkers, NYEastchester, NYMount Vernon, NYNew Rochelle, NYHastings on the Hudson, NYJournal Square, Jersey City NJMaplewood, NJLong Island seems to be a bit expensive and house prices a bit high right now.

Hi, I was about to close and we discovered an oil tank we removed it and it has holes.Now we are waiting  to get the results from the New Jersey lab to see if there is any soil problem, I am having issues because my rate is running out and I need to close any day in order to keep my rate, and they are willing to put an escrow only $5,000.Am I risking too much?
