Hi all,Just want to reach out to the BP community to see if there are any good books our articles that will give me a good birds eye view of what is possible as far as tax write offs as I am a new landlord/RE investor.

Black Rock was gonna flood the market with cash and all I needed to do was get out there with a bucket and catch some of it in the form of commission. 

They will be your eyes and ears.  

I do not want to wait a long time to invest, its just opportunity lost in my eyes.

@Bryan Normal You’re realizing the catch 22 here….in order for your license to “make you legal” you have to use it as it was intended….actually working As An Agent, with everything going through your broker.

If I want to operate in CA and in VA, I am assuming that I would need to incorporate in VA as well.

When I spoke to her this morning over the phone she started to catch an attitude with me saying she has to work the next couple days and then she "might" have a couple days this week to start moving.

I might catch some flack for this, but I think a good screening question is “what part of East Durham would you invest in” (or Southeast Raleigh if you prefer that market).
