I have bought 3 homes with VA loans and am pretty familiar with the process...it is a pain for the sellers usually because the VA is very rigid on certain requirements, not to mention you have no idea how conservative the appraiser will be.

Callers are customers, and I want to get as many in as possible so that we can sell them on our unit, rather than coming across as some nit-picky landlord who's probably going to be a pain to deal with. 

This looks like the place to be.Do any landlords here have insurance policies that cover personal liability with regard to tenant mold health issues.

This deal has been a huge pain for everyone involved.
