No I am currently only working the Agent side of things, My goal is to start investing once I free up some money

Over the next few months my goal is to learn more about financing options, how to target opportunities that check all of my boxes, and recommendations from investors whose rationale is buying and holding properties.

I do have a meeting set up with a different bank later this week, as after reading some on here I do not think the first bank I selected is necessarily the best fit for what I intend to do long term.  

Our first goal is to invest in a multi family and house hack for at least a year, probably using FHA loan if possible.What better way to really get involved and committed than having to actually live with/in my first investment.
