If you don’t have a securities license, you need to be very careful.SEC is considering changes to the regulations but I believe they are in “public comment” stage and no final regs have been issued.You are correct lots of this kind of capital raising activity goes on, and few if any get “busted” for capital raising - that doesn’t mean it is the wise or prudent thing to do.
