Sublet Agreement for a potential roommate

I am looking for a roommate to help me share the costs of my rent.   I want to find a contract the goes over a sublet agreement and I also want to collect a security deposit from whomever I select.   Finally, I’d like to pull credit to anyone who applies.    Could anyone share their resources on this?

1) does anyone have a template for a sublet agreement?

2) how do I pull credit?

3)  best way to collect a security deposit?
