I applied for my first HELOC today.It's for my house hacked property and the first step is the appraisal.I am a firm believer the some investors can be extremely annoying and demanding to others compared to home owners.

So, my knowledge is extremely limited but I will share my strategy thus far.

Even though this isn't my first time buying a home, I am still extremely nervous and eager to pursue my goal. 

There are SO many scams originating out of Nigeria that your chance at having found something legitimate are extremely slim.
