Did you use AirDNA or another product?

The hard money company  I called today said that their product is not for me because they need to inspect the property first.

Focus on the lender fees, service (eg does the loan officer work “banker” hours or “realtor” hours), and loan products.

Great UI, intuitive and they are constantly improving their product.

@Hugh Carnaha The good news for you is that there are some great commercial products available right now with rates closer to Fannie/Freddie than ever.  

Will this software always be for your proprietary use or will you roll it out as a product one day?

It's not for every ceiling, especially if you can see a lot of major flaws through the popcorn, but if the ceiling is in good shape you can really get a nice product when you are done.

This is a NON-QM product.
